Fact

For boarding at Golden Lake, we need to be assured that your pet is spayed or neutered, your pet’s rabies vaccine is up to date, and for dogs a fecal check that is free of parasites has been done within six months prior to your boarding stay.  Distemper should have been done at least once in your pet’s life and bordetella is at your discretion.  Bordetella is not a requirement to board at Golden Lake.

Are you updating your pet’s vaccines every year?  Did you know that vaccines do not need to be updated on an annual basis anymore?

Studies have been done and are still being done at the major veterinary research facilities in regards to how long vaccines actually last.  More information is available at www.critteradvocacy.org
