Thanksgiving is a very busy holiday for family and travel. If you plan to be away for the holiday or expect a lot of family to visit for the holiday, take some of the stress off of yourself and your pet and send them to Camp or have a quiet place in the home for them to retreat to. (NO KIDS ALLOWED) Your turkey and fixings will be safe from any four-legged mishaps with the pet having a safe haven!!

If dogs could plan their own holiday, it would be Thanksgiving—always plenty of food around. As much as we all love Thanksgiving Dinner, please keep in mind that pets who share in the festivities will most likely leave unpleasant leftovers for you!! Feel free to share a little lean meat and steamed veggies with their regular food as a treat for the holiday. Sorry, none of the good stuff!!
